God Understands What You Are Going Through

Does God REALLY understand what you’re going through? Yes He does even if it doesn’t feel like it. You may be wondering where is God in the midst of your circumstances. You may feel like He has abandoned you. The truth is God understands you and will never leave you nor forsake you.

You may feel all alone. No matter what you are facing right now, God understands you. He knows you better than you know yourself. God knows what its going to take to get you out of your circumstances. The KEY is for you to come to Him and believe that God is FOR you.

When you call upon the Lord He will deliver you out of your trouble. (Psalm 50:15) God also wants you to know just how much He loves you. Apostle John tells us in John 16:27, “for the Father Himself loves you.” Since God already loves you, that means He truly does understand what you are going through.

In Genesis 1:26 God reveals that YOU were created in His image and after His likeness. With God all things are possible. So that means no matter what you are going through right now, God has a way of escape for you. He wants you to believe His is the “God of Possibilities.”

Apostle Paul tells us in Ephesians 3:20 that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all you ask or think according to the power that works within you. When you start thinking and asking what God wants you to think and ask, expect your circumstances to change.

Remember if God be for you then who can be against you? He is for you 100%. Accept the Truth God is totally committed to you. Whatever you are facing right now, God is going to help you through your struggles. How?

Trusting God

A few years ago when I was really struggling to survive, I read Proverbs 3. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding.” (Proverbs 3:5) You may be wondering how you can trust God. The more you get to “know God” the more you can trust Him. How can you trust someone you don’t know? The more you get to KNOW God, the more you will believe God understands you.

One of the best ways to get to know the ONLY one who truly understands you is to invest time with Him. How else do you really get to know anyone unless you invest time with them? When you chose to invest one on one time with God, the more you will believe He truly loves you just as you are. God loves you, God understands you and wants to help you.

Thanking God

The more you chose to know God and believe Him, the more thankful you will become. He will begin to show you how blessed you are even with what you are going through right now. You always have SOMETHING to be thankful for even in the midst of your circumstances. When you magnify the blessings that are in your life, it will give you hope for your turnaround.

What can you be thankful for right now?

Be thankful that God understands you. Thank God that He is with you right now. Be thankful for His love He has just for you. Also be thankful for what He has already done for you. Many times we can get stuck in what we are going through without realizing what God has already blessed us with even in the midst of our circumstances.

Magnify God

This morning the Lord told me to change what I am magnifying in my life. When we change our focus, our life changes. Recenlty I was asking the Lord what is ONE thing I could do to change my circumstances. I thought if I had more money that would help so much. But what God told me is the KEY to help you know and believe God like you never have before in your life. God said only 2 words.

“Mind Renewal”

God wants us to change what we are thinking about simply by magnifying God and His promises instead of what we are going through right now. Romans 12:2 tells us to be transformed by the renewing of our minds. How do we do that? Meditate on God’s promises in the Scriptures. When you magnify His promises, then the image you have on the inside of you will change. If you want your circumstances to change, then it begins on the inside of you starting with magnifying God and His promises He has for you.

The first five months of 2018 have been a challenge for me. I’ve been so stretched to believe that God not only understands me but that He has my best interest in mind. He continually reminds me, “I know what I am doing Jeffrey.” He does, but I don’t always understand His process. It goes back to Proverbs 3:5 doesn’t it? I need to stop leaning on my own understanding. Instead I chose to trust God that He understands what I am going through.

Recently He has been helping me expand my mindset by believing for “God Possibilities.” God wants us to live a life of NO limitations, right? Well we must believe what God is telling us is possible and doable God’s way. Over 10 years ago, the Lord told me before I moved to Colorado this truth:

“God’s way is the Best way.”

Would you agree? If so, then we need to discover what God’s way is for our lives. God’s ways are Unlimited. He wants us to encourage us that He understands what we are going through right now.  But more importantly help us OUT of our circumstances. Remember that NOTHING is impossible with God and since you are His child, then nothing is impossible with you because God is with you.

My prayer for you is that you believe God understands you. He loves you so much! He is totally committed to you. God is wanting you to come to Him and simply believe Him. When you do, your life will never be the same.
